Fencing for Schools

Fencing is a fun, fast-paced and exciting sport. If you would like to learn fencing (or get back into fencing after a break), you've come to the right place.

We offer group fencing sessions for girls and boys aged 6+ to learn fencing in schools, either as part of the school day in a regular PE session, or as an after-school activity/club.

All of our coaches working with children have an up-to-date DBS disclosure, plenty of experience, and the children are supervised at all times. Sessions are safe and fun, and are led by our team of international fencing coaches.

Sessions include fencing-related games and activities, and explanation of basic fencing techniques. The main target is to let the children have a go themselves!  We cater sessions accordingly depending on the age of the children/teenagers.

No previous experience is required, and children just need to wear trainers, a t-shirt, and tracksuit bottoms/leggings (shorts not allowed). All of the fencing kit/equipment is provided by us, and we hold public liability insurance.

Sessions typically last one hour and 15 minutes, but we can arrange these to suit your needs. We invoice the school directly, and do not take payments from parents.

Corporate Events

Corporate fencing events are great for team-building or energizing and motivating your staff. Our fencing events are highly enjoyable, safe and professional and are led by an experienced coach.

Your session includes a brief history of fencing, safety briefing, warm-up session, demonstration and an explanation of basic fencing techniques.
You'll learn basic fencing techniques, and then you'll have a go yourselves!  We tailor sessions to your specific needs and work with you to create a fantastic, fun fencing experience.

No previous experience is required and you'll just need to wear trainers, a t-shirt, and tracksuit bottoms/leggings (shorts not allowed). All other fencing equipment is provided (mask, jacket, under-jacket, glove, weapon).

Maximum group size is approximately 10 people, and sessions typically last around 2 hours, but we can tailor to suit your requirements.
We provide everything you need, and your session can be arranged at a time to suit you, subject to availability (early booking is strongly advised). Terms and conditions apply. We can invoice your company if needed, and we hold public liability insurance.

For safety reasons, you shouldn't drink alcohol before your session, although you're welcome to 'de-brief' afterwards!
